We are excitedly anticipating communicating & working together with Parents, Caregivers, Teachers, Administration, including our newly assigned school principal Mrs. Zaino, and Greater Haverhill Community for the 2010-2011 school year. 

Meeting are open to EVERYONE and generally held on the first Wednesday of each month, details will be posted on this site and fliers are sent home in backpacks.

We rose close to $600!!

Classroom Basket Raffle winners have been notified.

All the funds raised from the yard sale and the classroom basket raffle will be used to update the technology at our school and help bring Walnut Square into the 21st century with ELMO machines!

This site is run by the Walnut Square School PTO. It is intended to keep parents informed of the coming and goings of the school including:   volunteer opportunities; minutes from PTO meetings; fundraising information; and upcoming events.

The purpose of the PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is to raise money to fund student activities, including but not limited to: buses for field trips, field day, and playground supplies.  The PTO also organizes teacher luncheons, book fairs, and the giving tree.

The PTO holds monthly meetings open to all  in the Walnut Square School.    

We look forward to working with you during the 2009-2010 school year!
